Job Summary
This role is responsible for monitoring application and system performance, status reporting and problem escalations.
Provide technical and product support to clients as the principal on-site AMI resource.
Support On-call support on a rotating schedule for a 24/7/365 operation in addition to daily support assignments.

Key Requirements
2 to 5+ years of experience working on or with technical teams
2 to 5+ years of managing small projects
3+ years of application support experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
Experience in the Utilities industry, Meter Data Management Systems and AMI systems helpful
Experience with web-services desired
Solid understanding of IT technology
Knowledge of systems methodologies, design, and implementation
Strong analytical skills and problem solving techniques
Working knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices
