The Project Manager will lead the construction team and coordinate efforts with preconstruction, estimating, subcontractor buyout, municipal entitlements, construction and project closeout.
Project types include new commercial buildings, additions, restorations, remodels and tenant improvements ranging in size from $5MM up to $15MM.
Salary Range: $130,000 - $140,000 per year depending on education, experience, and qualifications.
