Job Summary

  • The Manager, Employee Relations and Investigations is a key team member with a passion for coaching and advising on employee relations issues, including investigations, cases and policy questions, and building innovative new programs to create and maintain a respectful employment experience for our associates and leaders.
  • Use analytics and AI tools to monitor trends to identify “hot” spot areas and training opportunities for HRBPs and leaders.
