The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree and a minimum of five years of experience in youth development programming, particularly within Arkansas 4-H.

This position is designed to strengthen local 4-H program excellence and impact statewide emphasizing the area of 4-H Youth Development at the county level.
This position provides specialized mentorship to new, mid-career, or struggling agents, including individualized advice, success ideas, and real-time counsel.
