Job Summary
The Care Concierge is the primary point of contact for a client during an Urgent Care visit, helping to set expectations and ensure goals are met prior to checkout.
Successful Concierges quickly establish credibility and trust with clients, manage multiple processes of the client journey, and bring pace and enthusiasm.
