  • Lead the Specialty Project Management function within R&D Portfolio & Operations Excellence, setting strategy and operating model for complex, cross-functional programs.
  • Lead a global group of PMs with a set of high-complexity and interfaces; requires oversight of global sub-functions, with individual strategies and objectives.
