Gainsight is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to lead commercial contracting operations within their Legal team, focusing on SaaS and vendor agreements. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in contract negotiation and lifecycle management in a fast-paced environment

Job Summary

  • Own end-to-end contract lifecycle management for a broad portfolio of commercial agreements, including SaaS subscription agreements, NDAs, vendor agreements, and amendments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for contract-related inquiries from Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams, providing timely guidance and enabling deal velocity.
  • The starting base salary range for this role is $125,000 – $135,000 USD annually, and this role is also eligible for commission and participation in Gainsight’s equity program.
