Key Requirements
Completed PSW Program or HCA/CCA certification
Knowledge and experience in care planning systems
Ability to communicate positively with staff, residents/patients and families
Ability to provide care in accordance with legislation
Ability to read and write English
Understand verbal and written instructions in English
