Job Summary

  • Execute domestic cold-chain transport in accordance with GMP regulations and internal company procedures, monitoring temperature and in-transit status end to end.
  • Prepare and review import/export documentation, track customs clearance progress, and implement subsequent regulatory actions, addressing exceptions and inspections.
  • Verify invoices, identify and correct unreasonable charges, compile and confirm totals, then submit reimbursement requests to ensure cost compliance and timely processing.
