Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are required to report all changes in resident conditions, accidents, and incidents immediately to the Nurse Supervisor.
The role involves assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and moving, while maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information.
