  • Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes for premium buffet service, including hot and cold items, ensuring all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards, and collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
