Job Summary

  • Lead a sophisticated and busy operational area, running the day-to-day challenges of a high-performing FMCG manufacturing environment to deliver safe, high-quality products to plan.
  • Champion strong governance and compliance, ensuring conformance to all regulatory, accreditation and CARM requirements, and play a key role in achieving successful GAR audit outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver operational, budgetary and capital plans that support long-term site and business strategy, while building highly capable, engaged and motivated teams.
