The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in engineering leadership, particularly in embedded systems and automation, and will be expected to manage a large global team while driving innovation and operational excellence

Job Summary

  • Lead a global engineering function at the forefront of industrial automation, responsible for driving the architecture, development, and integration of all electrical, firmware, controls, and software platforms.
  • Directly manage 4 senior leaders and oversee a broader global engineering team of approximately 60 indirect reports, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Define and maintain robust software and electrical architecture standards, integrate high- and low-level technologies, and partner cross-functionally to support design-for-manufacturing, reliability, and serviceability goals.
