  • The Senior Director will lead the global build-out and maturation of a cohesive service portfolio spanning Compliance, Privacy, Legal Operations, and eDiscovery within GBS.
  • This role supports strategy build, drives execution through governance, service management, transformation, and continuous improvement, and partners closely with Global Compliance, Legal, Privacy, and IT to deliver tech-first, data-driven, and automation-enabled services.

Key Requirements

  • 12–15+ years in GBS or legal/compliance operations leadership
  • Experience in regulated environments with legal and compliance obligations
  • Proven track record in service transformation at enterprise scale
  • Strong financial management and P&L ownership
  • Familiarity with SOX, GDPR, global privacy laws, and records management
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or JD/LLM preferred
  • Relevant certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, IAPP, CCEP, ACEDS
  • Experience managing global vendors and ALSPs
  • Change leadership in complex global rollouts
