10+ years AR/Collections experience
3-5 years leading global teams
ERP manufacturing environment experience
U.S. GAAP and ASC 606 knowledge
Sarbanes Oxley 404 compliance
SAP or Oracle proficiency
Nice-to-have
MBA or CPA certification preferred
Power BI analytics skills
Cross-functional collaboration ability

Experience with M&A integration
