Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Full driver's license and own vehicle access
Satisfactory Police Records Check under 12 months
NSW Working with Children Check required
Current First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain
NDIS Workers Screening Check mandatory
Availability for shifts Monday through Sunday
Nice-to-have
Certificate III or IV in Disability or Community Services
Minimum Diploma in Mental Health preferred
Experience supporting people with lived experience of disability
Interest in continuous improvement of care services
Willingness to use personal smartphone for work
