Job Summary

  • Provides strategic leadership and oversight of WVI-Cambodia’s total rewards programs, labor compliance, organizational development initiatives, and capability‑building systems.
  • Leads the design of compensation structures, staff wellbeing programs, leadership development frameworks, talent management strategies, and succession planning.
  • Ensures that compensation and benefits, HR systems, compliance processes, and learning and development initiatives are aligned with organizational priorities, statutory requirements, and the WVI Partnership standards.
