  • 10+ years Fab or Assembly manufacturing experience
  • 5+ years people management experience
  • Deep knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes
  • Experience leading Quality Review Boards (QRBs)
  • Expertise in 8D standard and corrective actions

  • Strong tolerance for ambiguity in complex environments
  • Ability to build cross-site teams
