Job Summary

  • Collaborate with pre and post award stakeholders to manage the coordination, planning, and implementation of Patient Recruitment and Retention support operational plans on larger, multi-region studies or programs.
  • Represent IQVIAs Patient Recruitment at site/sponsor-facing meetings to present strategy, train CRAs and site staff, and conduct recruitment support workshops as required.
  • Act as senior oversight for large studies and programs leading a team and taking overall ownership for study performance.
