The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for monitoring vital signs, assisting with personal care, and maintaining detailed medical records.
The role requires strict adherence to confidentiality laws, immediate reporting of any resident condition changes or safety incidents, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Monitor vital signs including TPRs
Assist residents with daily hygiene and mobility
Maintain strict patient confidentiality HIPAA
Report changes in resident condition immediately

Key Requirements
