Key Requirements
Demonstrable experience leading and mentoring high-performing engineering teams
Experience with AWS (certification preferred)
Experience working with ETL pipelines, data platforms and writing efficient SQL
Experience with event-driven and messaging systems
Experience with engineering and delivery toolchains
Managing the design, build and operations of the system (DevSecOps)
Expertise in observability and reliability practices
Solid understanding of security best practices
Experience with automated testing and modern testing methodologies
Ability to design and implement scalable, data-intensive systems
Knowledge of deployment strategies, CI/CD and SRE principles
