Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Visual dimensional and functional inspections
  • Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) adherence
  • Use of calipers pin gages optical comparators
  • Reading engineering drawings and sampling plans
  • Initiating NCR process for non-conforming materials

Nice-to-have

  • GD&T understanding preferred
  • ISO9001/ISO13485 quality standards knowledge
  • IPC certification preferred
  • Oracle Quality modules experience
  • Process improvement and problem solving input

Key Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent required
  • 1 year of work experience as a Quality Inspector
  • Experience with measurement tools and hand gages
  • Understanding of GD&T and ISO standards preferred
