Job Summary

  • This role owns the company’s global payroll strategy and operating model and directly manages a team overseeing payroll services.
  • Partner with the Accounting team on payroll accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial reporting impacts.
  • Drive payroll technology optimization, integration, and process improvements in partnership with HRIS, ERP, and Finance systems teams.

Salary

Base: $160,000 to $220,000; Bonus/Equity: Annual performance bonus and equity; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including retirement plan, subsidized healthcare, dental, vision, telemedicine, mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited PTO
