The primary purpose of this job is to assist in administering medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of nursing leadership.
Essential duties include accurately and safely preparing, administering, and documenting medications, as well as observing and verifying medication ingestion.
The role requires maintaining a friendly, productive working relationship with other members of the nursing department and participating in quality assurance programs.
