The role is responsible for post–Go‑Live adoption tracking across all changes within the Europe Integration Programme, covering all projects and migration streams.
The role will work closely with country teams and project leads to ensure changes are effectively embedded, risks are surfaced early, and behaviours align with the expected future‑state processes.

Key Requirements
5-7 years experience
Degree in Management, Economics, Data Analytics, or Project Management
Experience in large multinational organisations
