3+ years applying lean principles
5+ years leadership in discrete manufacturing
Implement Generac Manufacturing System (GMS)
Drive PDCA and Managing for Daily Improvement
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain
6+ years implementing lean with measurable results
Experience with automated manufacturing processes
Expertise in OEE and Total Productive Maintenance
Familiarity with MES/MOM and Industry 4.0
Key Requirements
