Base: $15.50 - $30.00 USD per hour; Bonus/Equity: Variable income opportunities including commission and bonus; Benefits: Free membership, 401(k) matching, health/dental/vision, daily pay
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Valid CPR/AED certification within 30 days
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
Passion for fitness and motivating others
Excellent customer service and communication skills

Key Requirements
Valid CPR/AED Certification (in-person)
Current active Personal Training certification or degree in exercise science
Must pass background check
Level 0: Complete in-house certification within 30 days
Level 1: Less than 1 year experience with CPT or degree
Level 2: 2 certifications or 1 year verified industry experience
