Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of your job position is to maintain the grounds, facility, equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and established policies.
  • You will perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, facility equipment including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical tasks as directed.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information is essential, along with reporting any suspected violations promptly.
