Responsible for the content development and column design of JJMT's digital education platform, primarily serving professional education and training needs to promote learning and form an online training loop.
Analyze business/BU PE goals and user online learning preferences to formulate platform content optimization strategies, reshape existing content/formats, and build an interactive learning ecosystem to enhance platform activity.
Collaborate closely with BUs to explore new instructor cooperation models, create high-quality courses, and develop professional, in-depth, and valuable columns and content formats centered on users to empower practitioners' growth.
