Job Summary
The R&D AI PMO will support the execution of Sapiens’ AI strategy and transformation across Product and R&D, identifying high-value AI use cases and institutionalizing AI capabilities.
This role is responsible for driving adoption through training, documentation, knowledge sharing, and governance, while defining and tracking KPIs related to financial benefits, efficiency, and quality.
Key responsibilities include supporting AI tool implementation, partnering with leadership for adoption, defining and tracking KPIs, and establishing governance frameworks.
