Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or 3 years manufacturing experience
High school diploma/GED with 7 years manufacturing experience
Minimum 3 years Training Design and Delivery
Instructional experience in manufacturing facility
Experience organizing multiple training initiatives
Experience creating yearly training plans
Strong understanding of Safe Work permitting / JSA, Lock out/Tag out
