Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 3 years manufacturing experience
  • High school diploma/GED with 7 years manufacturing experience
  • Minimum 3 years Training Design and Delivery
  • Instructional experience in manufacturing facility
  • Experience organizing multiple training initiatives
  • Experience creating yearly training plans
  • Strong understanding of Safe Work permitting / JSA, Lock out/Tag out
  • U.S. Person status required
