This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations across six preschool centers while ensuring strict adherence to ECDA regulations and licensing requirements.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of three years of classroom teaching experience and proven hands-on experience supporting ECDA licensing or SPARK audits.
Working within a lean organizational structure, the Head of Operations will step in directly to support centers during manpower gaps and assist with new center setups.
