Job Summary

  • As a Mid‑Market Senior Underwriter, you will evaluate and underwrite complex employee benefits cases in the 1,000–4,999 life range, using sound judgment to drive profitable growth and long‑term customer retention.
  • This role also serves as a subject‑matter expert and mentor within the Regional Accounts and Mid‑Market underwriting teams, helping elevate team capability and decision quality.
