As a Mid‑Market Senior Underwriter, you will evaluate and underwrite complex employee benefits cases in the 1,000–4,999 life range, using sound judgment to drive profitable growth and long‑term customer retention.
This role also serves as a subject‑matter expert and mentor within the Regional Accounts and Mid‑Market underwriting teams, helping elevate team capability and decision quality.

Base: $76,250.00 - $111,500.00; Bonus/Equity: Annual incentive bonus plan; Benefits: Rich benefits package including medical, dental, vision and a 401(k) plan with matching company contributions

6+ years of experience in employee benefits underwriting
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Proficiency in underwriting guidelines, procedures, contract provisions, and state insurance statutes
Experience mentoring other underwriters
Familiarity with mid-market or regional account underwriting environments
