Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or AI
  • 10+ years experience in AI and ML technologies
  • 5+ years people leadership experience

  • Master’s or PhD in Computer Science or related field
  • Proven expertise in personalization platforms
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, or Golang
  • Experience with ML frameworks and orchestration tools
  • Experience optimizing large-scale training and inference
  • Experience with containerization and CI/CD
  • Experience with MLOps and production ML lifecycle
