Job Summary

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding for all Sanofi India employees, ensuring a consistent, high-quality new-hire experience by aligning global onboarding standards with local requirements.
  • Oversee all local onboarding SPOCs, directly manage onboarding for Mumbai & Delhi, and handle Passport onboarding cases, ensuring timely closure and compliance with internal policies, audits, and statutory norms.
  • Identify and implement process, system, and communication improvements, enhance pre-joining and Day 1 experience, and track feedback to drive simplification initiatives.
