Job Summary
As a Lead Support Specialist, you will provide support to the Field team and customers through training and onboarding of new Service Specialists and ongoing training of existing Service Specialists.
You will complete quality audits and provide effective pest detection, elimination, and prevention solutions to an established route of customers including commercial businesses, retail stores, F&B plants, restaurants, hotels, hospitals, and schools.
The role reports to multiple managers including the Technical Support Manager, Field Service Manager, Division Manager, and has dotted line reporting to the Regional Technical Support Manager.
