As a Lead Support Specialist, you will provide support to the Field team and customers through training and onboarding of new Service Specialists and ongoing training of existing Service Specialists

Job Summary

  • As a Lead Support Specialist, you will provide support to the Field team and customers through training and onboarding of new Service Specialists and ongoing training of existing Service Specialists.
  • You will complete quality audits and provide effective pest detection, elimination, and prevention solutions to an established route of customers including commercial businesses, retail stores, F&B plants, restaurants, hotels, hospitals, and schools.
  • The role reports to multiple managers including the Technical Support Manager, Field Service Manager, Division Manager, and has dotted line reporting to the Regional Technical Support Manager.
