The Production Lead will be responsible for coaching, training, assigning, and checking the work of Production Associates while overseeing shift operations and scheduling.
This role requires flexibility to work overtime including weekends and holidays, and involves frequent physical activity such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for most of the shift.
