Key Requirements
7+ years of experience leading large / complex ERP transformation programs
Proven experience delivering SAP S/4 HANA platform implementations leveraging SAFe
Strong understanding of business processes in at least one of the process areas
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA technology landscape
Excellent Program Management skills
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Agile, Scrum, and Kanban
