  • You will ensure customer expectations are met by evaluating existing products and processes for failure analysis and potential improvements using standard data analysis practices.
  • You are expected to champion the development of systems and tools to drive innovation and continuous improvement based on the Integer Production System.

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field
