Job Summary

  • Lead the development and execution of advanced RGM strategies across pricing, mix, price-pack architecture and promotion, while simultaneously building organizational RGM capabilities and fostering a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Design and steer the implementation of advanced RGM levers, including price-pack architecture (PPA / OBPPC), promotional strategy (ROI and effectiveness), optimal trade spend allocation, multi-lever pricing and mix optimization.
  • Serve as the primary RGM expert, strategically partnering with e.g. Marketing, Finance and Sales teams across local and international functions to influence commercial decisions and ensure alignment within a complex matrix organization.

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree
  • Extensive CPG experience
