Base: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour; Bonus/Equity: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus + Achievable monthly clinical bonus program; Benefits: 100% employer paid medical health insurance premium option, Dental and Vision, 401k with company match, Generous PTO and paid holidays
