Job Summary

  • Provide exceptional service to members in branch and over the phone regarding insurance policies, membership and insurance billing, and other services for members.
  • Be provided with the training you need on an array of AAA products and services to interface with members with confidence and help you meet your individual and team cross-selling goals.
  • Be eligible for competitive benefits package, including Paid Volunteer time and Pension Plan.
