Job Summary

  • This position provides routine patient care to promote patient comfort and contribute to the overall patient plan of care on a specialized Transplant Progressive Care Unit.
  • Licensed CNAs/LNAs are eligible for a $3,000 sign-on bonus and enjoy some of the best on-the-job-training in the industry.
  • The team concept includes social workers, nutritionists, and physicians focused on patients with renal and liver transplants to ensure continuity of care.

Salary

Sign-on bonus: $3,000; Night shift differential: 18%; Weekend shift differential: $1/hour flat rate

Must-have

  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant license
  • Basic Life Support certification

  • Assisting with activities of daily living
  • Reporting health status changes to licensed staff

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Current CNA license in state of practice
  • Current BLS certification
  • 1 year medical clerical experience preferred
  • Passing score on ECG test if assigned
