Lead in the development and sustenance of a culture of planning, research, accountability under Program Accountability Framework components and knowledge management for evidence-based programming.
Establish and oversee safe, accessible, confidential, and functional CFMs (hotlines, help desks, suggestion boxes, community meetings, digital platforms).
Integrate accountability indicators into MEAL frameworks and support real-time programme adaptation based on community input.

Key Requirements

Over 3 years of related field experience

Experience in designing and implementing Accountability systems
Proven experience in data quality assurance
Experience working with NGOs, UN agencies, or donor-funded projects
Experience in training, mentoring, and capacity strengthening
