The primary purpose of this job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include assisting residents with daily functions, maintaining their living space, and accurately recording and reporting resident status and any incidents.
The role requires adherence to facility policies, cooperation with personnel, and maintaining resident confidentiality, with a focus on creating a warm and positive environment.
