Job Summary
Drive negotiations and the full contracting lifecycle for complex technology agreements related to design IP, EDA tools, semiconductor manufacturing process technology and product design.
Partner closely with GF business, engineering, procurement, and finance teams to define commercial objectives, and work in close collaboration with IP attorneys on legal terms, risk assessment, and negotiation strategy.
Serve as a commercial interface helping issues raised by and with external partners including IP vendors, EDA suppliers, technology collaborators, and strategic ecosystem partners.
