You will advise on a range of commercial and technology agreement work-types including supplier, client, and partner-facing contracts while managing regulatory aspects.
The position requires handling third-party commercial contracts under Indian law alongside relevant non-India law aspects and providing transactional support for real estate and cyber data privacy matters.
