  • Bachelor’s degree or Ten (10) years of related professional experience
  • FSI level 3/3 Spanish, FSI level 3/3 English
  • Ten (10) years’ experience in specialty field
  • Two (2) years overseas Embassy experience
  • RSO clearance
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
  • Experience briefing in Spanish and English
