The University of Arkansas at Little Rock is seeking a Safety Organized Practice (SOP) Coach in Fayetteville, responsible for training and coaching staff in Safety Organized Practice and Structured Decision Making for child welfare. Job Summary

  • The SOP Coach is responsible for the training delivery of Safety Organized Practice, Structured Decision Making, or other contracted training initiatives for identified DCFS families staff and stakeholders.
  • This position will provide coaching to all newly hired Social Services Specialists assigned to an Investigations or Differential Response Unit as outlined in the Investigations and Differential Response Coaching Model.
  • This is a full-time annually renewed grant-funded position requiring extensive travel within the state.
