Skills & Requirements
Must-have
2-6 years mandatory payment industry experience
Deep knowledge of financial services offerings
Hands-on experience with digital wallets and PG integration
Sound knowledge in SDLC and payment application integration
Understanding of India Stack products like UPI/IMPS/BBPS
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of PCI/DSS compliance implementation
Experience with international and domestic payment messaging
Exposure to Fintech companies or banks
Understanding of SEPA, SWIFT, and clearing systems
Retail banking or wealth management background
Key Requirements
Minimum 2-6 years of payment industry experience
Bachelor of Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or MBA degree required
Work experience in a bank payments team considered equivalent
Basic knowledge of waterfall or iterative software development methodologies
